- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This agency is most definitely one to be avoided! If you are buying, selling, renting, or looking for a property manager; you should run far from these unprofessional agents. We rented from them for over 18 months and consistently had issues with them fixing issues with the property and believe it or not taking our rent..lol! I was talking to the landlord directly and he was even upset with their ability to manage their property. Once I moved, they refused me my rights to negotiate with the landlord on deposit issues and tried to slander me and tell me they feared me. My attorney will have fun with this one. Its not about the money its principal. I was told by several that this is their usual, I just wish I had listened before I choose them. STAY FAR AWAY... ALERT!By matthall, January 09, 2017
